Media Noche

It is a Filipino tradition for families to gather together on New Year’s eve to celebrate the coming of the new year. This midnight dinner is called “Media Noche”.

Certain foods are served during media noche to invite the kind of life we want for the coming year.

Pansit or anything noodle-like is served for “long life.”
