Hi everyone! Do you know that I can now sit down on my own, coming from a lying position? Well, I can do that with ease now. I am still trying to perfect how to stand on my own – and then I’ll be able to walk without assist from there. Isn’t that amazing?!

29 July 09 Visiting Kuya Iuean

IMG_2190This evening, I visited Kuya Ieuan! He’s the youngest son of Tita Jhoana and Tito John, Dad’s long-time friends. They live somewhere in the town, so we dropped by after we did a little shopping.

He lent me his toys. I really enjoyed playing with somebody of my age. He’s two months older than me, and he has started walking already. I hope I’ll be able to learn how to walk really soon so we could run around the park.

See you again!

29 July 09 Iñigo in the Tub

During my first days here in our flat, I always cry whenever my parents try to give me bath in the tub. So mom have to give me bath outside the tub using my plastic high chair.

Today, I was tried again to be given bath inside the tub. And I didn’t cry this time! I even enjoyed it! I really enjoy playing in the water. I really felt bad when I was taken out of the water.

I look forward to having baths again inside the tub! I just wish somebody would buy me a rubber duckie… 🙂

23 July 09 The Dancing Fountain

They say, you don’t live in Al Ain if you haven’t watched the Dancing Fountain shown here nightly at the Town Square.

After a nice dinner at Golden Gate Chinese Restaurant, Dad brought Mom and I to downtown so we could watch the fountain show. It was a splendid combination display of water, color and sound. I enjoyed it a lot!
