My school class is a mix of different cultures.

I am the only Southeast asian boy in the class. Others are Middle Eastern, Indians, Africans.

But despite our differences, we are all binded by FRIENDSHIP.

This week’s photo challenge theme at The Daily Post is “CHANGE.”

My two photographs may look like me doing the same thing on different spots in the house. But the two photographs were actually taken at two different houses. The first one was taken in our previous home. The second picture was taken in our recent home.

The move took place last year, and that meant a lot of things for our family. In our previous residence, we were sharing the house with another family. This time, we own the whole apartment. This meant more independence, more privacy, and more space. This meant progress, improvement, betterment. It’s a milestone for our family.

A day before I left for vacation, our school held a “Sports Day.” Our class participated in a PARADE OF COLORS.

Our group was assigned the color PINK for the parade. Not my choice though :D

VACATION BITS 08: AT THE PARK

I was in the Philippines for some vacation. And when we say ‘vacation’, it shouldn’t mean that I should just sit down alone in one corner and play with my hand-held portable computer games. Not the time to be solitary!

It’s time for some real action under the sun! And it’s more fun when with friends!
