28 Feb 10 El Shaddai

Yesterday afternoon, our family attended the El Shaddai Movement Prayer Rally held at the grounds of “House of Prayer” Amvel Business Park, Paranaque, Manila. Our family (Dad’s side) was complete and this was togive in to Lola Lilia’s invitation for all of us to join her in this activity. She actually comes here every week to attend the Prayer Rally.

There was a Holy Mass officiated by Fr. Teodoro Bacani and a program was held after that where the movement’s founder, Bro. Mike Velarde,  gave the talk. The crowd was just amazing – there were thousands of them!

It was a nice family moment and probably the last for a long time as a complete family coz Ninong Pits is leaving today for Canada. The program finished by midnight.

21 Feb 10 Hongkong International Airport

20 Feb 10 HONGKONG DISNEYLAND!

Guess where we went today? Hongkong Disneyland! Wow!!!!

Before we headed to Disneyland, we went to the airport to meet my lola who’s going to join us in our Disney visit – Nanay Medy! She arrived in the morning and then we headed straight to Disneyland by train.

I enjoyed the day! My parents were with me during the rides like – “It’s a Small World”, “Buzz Lightyear”, and the “Merry-Go-Round”. We had some good food and enjoyed the many sights. There were performances, parades and fireworks! Amazing!

It was an experience of a lifetime! I hope to be back when I get older. Meantime, enjoy my pics from the magical world of Disney!

19 Feb 10 Welcome Hongkong!

It took us almost 7 hours to get to Hongkong from Dubai. I slept most of the flight and didn’t give much trouble to mom and dad.

We actually arrived earlier than scheduled. We were picked up by the shuttle service which dad had previously booked. We were brought to our hotel – Evergreen Hotel. It’s a 2-star hotel in Kowloon Island and dad booked here because he had checked in here before, and he has proven the hotel to be clean, and cheap.

After we rested a bit, we went out to the streets of Hongkong to have a feel of the place. It was very cold and everybody was wearing thick coats and jackets. We went to Wing On department store for a little shopping and ate at McDonalds along Nathan Road. We had dinner at Delicious restaurant which was conveniently located near our hotel.

We went back to our hotel room later to rest and get ready for our Disneyland adventure tomorrow.
